Ricoh continues to strengthen its presence in the Latin American market

Weston, May 28, 2024 – Ricoh announces that starting from April 2024, it operates in Latin America as Ricoh LATAM, one of the five major regions of the Ricoh Group, alongside North America, Europe, Japan, and APAC. This evolution of the company in Latin America is a source of pride and is the result of the entire ecosystem of coverage and service it provides to its more than 16,000 customers in the region.

For this reason, it announced its “Proud to be Ricoh LATAM” campaign, a communication and marketing initiative that highlights Latin pride and the benefits this designation as an independent region brings to its customers.

“Proud to be Ricoh LATAM” will showcase the advantages of Ricoh's direct presence in 12 Latin American countries, its indirect coverage that reaches 100% of the region's territory, the multilingual capabilities of its service teams, its distribution centers, and digital channels, among other features.

This designation reinforces the Ricoh Group’s strong commitment to the Latin American region, continuing to closely understand its customers’ challenges and co-create technological solutions with them.
