PRIME is a group of Puerto Rican companies founded and incorporated in 1999. For over 20 years, PRIME has specialized in cleaning and maintenance services, landscaping, nutrition and cafeteria services, chemical product manufacturing, and emergency management services. They provide industrial, commercial, governmental, and healthcare services, among others, primarily focused on B2B. They have a workforce of over 2,000 employees in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and the United States.
Challenges:
In recent years, the biggest challenge faced by Prime Janitorial Services Corp. has been finding a technology business partner that offers security, solutions, and services aligned with the company’s growth vision. They needed a company that could simplify their internal processes, such as inventory management, sales, customer visits, and service claims, allowing them to increase their sales force and services, improve productivity, and, most importantly, offer easy-to-use solutions. They sought a company that would not only provide a solution but also deliver excellent service from the initial implementation to project integration.
