However, Mundi Vacations remains at the forefront, maintaining its family touch and cultural roots, while adapting to new market expectations by incorporating state-of-the-art technology in its operations. This has allowed them to specialize in the design, promotion, and operation of group tours, as well as in the attention to tourists and individual travelers around the world.

With the increase of digitalization, customers demand quick responses and access to detailed and accurate information for each of their trips. In this context, Mundi Vacations is committed to innovate its internal processes in order to offer an exceptional service and also to guarantee the security, privacy of personal information and flight itineraries of all customers who rely on its services.

This allows all the information to be updated and viewed in real-time by the entire team, eliminating the need to resort to different data sources. It is important to highlight that the technological solution, designed to the client's needs, covers three key areas:
