Lamudi is a global company with its corporate offices in the Philippines and Indonesia and Mexico and is a leader in the real estate markets. In 2020, Lamudi was acquired by Emerging Markets Property Group (EMPG), one of the leading digital classifieds groups in the Middle East and North Africa, South Asia and Southeast Asia regions. It is a company with between 200 and 500 employees in Mexico and is located in one of the most important corporate areas of the city.The Challenge
The approach with Lamudi was born by promptly offering solutions from our portfolio focused on IT since at that time they had the need to cover a strategic technological renewal plan in their offices that could be covered with a single provider.
Solution
Thanks to the commercial relationship, Ricoh was that digital services company to which Lamudi gave the vote of confidence to become a business ally that also allowed recognition as a supplier capable of supporting and implementing technological projects such as videoconference rooms, computer equipment . , on-site and remote support for all users. One of the main results obtained with this comprehensive project was a 30% decrease in support tickets raised by its collaborators, as well as the direct impact on the productivity of administrative staff.Currently, the relationship between Ricoh and Lamudi has allowed us to explore other technology and innovation projects, as a result of the positive experience that this first project achieved.
