This important institution has more than 52 years of experience, with presence throughout the country through 29 training centers. INTECAP has developed expertise in 72 specialties, and its teaching systems are backed by ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Business Challenge

Ricoh identified the technological needs of the new Totonicapán Training Center (INTECAP) and participated in a supplier evaluation or quotation process carried out by the Institution, in order to develop a project to expand technical training coverage through the implementation of videoconferencing rooms that would allow hybrid classes, combining face-to-face and virtual teaching.

Ricoh presented the best proposal with innovative solutions that allow both face-to-face and virtual classes to be taught through Ricoh videoconferencing rooms equipped with advanced technology, such as interactive displays and videoconferencing solutions.

Ricoh Solution and Results

Ricoh offered in its proposal the Ricoh Immersive Education solution, which included the installation of eight RICOH interactive displays and 20 projectors.
