The need for connectivity for printing began in a pandemic during 2020. Due to government indications, the entire population is required to isolate themselves at home (quarantine) and the agency is forced to close its offices. With special permission, it is possible for one person to attend the facilities, while the rest of the employees worked from home.
This need for greater connectivity and the same productivity has been increasing, especially in the new hybrid work style (in-person and remote).

Thanks to the Ricoh team and the Ricoh Smart Suite tool, the job could be done despite all the obstacles.
