Recommended for users who frequently load originals larger than A4 into the document feeder tray for scanning. Provides a more efficient way to scan larger originals than the standard built-in extendable tray. A3 scanning can still be performed without this option.
An interface board for adding an extra Ethernet port. If you install the USB Device Server Option, you can connect two Ethernet cables simultaneously: one to the machine's Gigabit Ethernet port and one to the Gigabit Ethernet port of USB Device Server Option. An IP address can be assigned to each connection, and you can use one machine to print from different network segments. Please note this option will not be posted to existing external configurator websites.
This option allows Networked users to print XPS/OXPS format documents from a connected Windows PC without using a printer driver. It also enables walk-up users to print XPS/OXPS files stored on portable media by inserting a USB flash drive or SD card into the ports integrated into the control panel.
